[Real Weddings] Ho & Trang - June 23rd, 2013

The bride is one of my sister's best friends.  We met several times before she contacted me for her wedding decoration.  Her wedding colors are burgundy and champagne.  She also likes crystal or "something bling bling".  She is fun.  And I had such a great time working with her.  I remember that I laughed so hard when she insisted on wanting to have "4 balls" (what she meant was "4 flower balls") for the photo-shoot backdrop.  Knowing what she liked, I decided to put on the hanging flower balls (as in one of the designs she liked) without extra charge.  And I was so happy when she told me: "Oh my god, I like it. Thank you!"  There's nothing worth than seeing the couple's smiles on the biggest day of their lives.

[Real Weddings] Kim & Sa - September 1st, 2012

The groom's family is my parents-in-law's neighbor, and they helped us a lot at our wedding. Therefore, we gave the couple a hand in flower and decoration on their big day. My main helpers were traveling out of town. Hence, my decoration options were limited. However, with helps from other family members, we were able to do something for the couple.

The wedding colors were pink and purple. Main flower was hydrangea. This was the biggest wedding that I've ever attended.

[Real Weddings] Thao & Tri - August 11th, 2012

The bride is my former client's sister and my cousin's college friend. Her wedding color was turquoise, but she liked bright yellow and white for all flowers. I had such a wonderful experience working with the bride that I decided to do something different than what I originally planned.

[Real Weddings] Kristine & Viet - July 29th, 2012

The couple wanted a very simple wedding. They didn't even have the ceremony, just reception to celebrate with their friends and loved ones. They did almost everything by themselves, but needed little help with the flowers. Their wedding color was pink. The bride extremely loved carnations.

[Real Weddings] Kristine & Hiep - October 29th, 2011

This was one of the biggest wedding that I have ever involved. The couple wanted a simple-yet-elegant wedding. Their wedding color was pink. They chose the scenic backdrop for photo-shoot station instead of the traditional fabric backdrop.

[Real Weddings] Pam & Marc - September 3rd, 2011

This was the second wedding I did decorations and flowers. The scheme color was dark/deep red. The main flower was calla lily. The couple wanted everything as simple as possible. And as the reception was held at a Chinese restaurant, the bride and groom's mother chose a small and simple centerpiece. For the photo-shoot station, the couple chose a scenic background because they preferred not to do the traditional guest photo session (formal portrait).

It was a great pleasure and a lot of fun working with the couple as well as their families.

Congratulations again, Marc and Pam! Especially Pam, you looked lovely in the Vietnamese traditional dress (áo dài)!
